David and Jeff went to film school together and have worked together for many years. The idea to form Accidental Productions is the result of decades of experience, successful collaboration and a love of storytelling.
David has a lengthy history of producing, directing and filming engaging programs.
With 31 years of experience, he is a man who believes in strong storytelling and challenging viewers’ brains while entertaining.
David has worked with most major broadcasters including Warner Television, National Geographic, FOX Television and Discovery Networks. Along with his television work, David has directed dozens of successful productions for corporate clients. Projects include product launches and lifestyle productions with a specialization in automotive. David is a leader with focused director skills and the magic that comes from three decades behind the lens. He is also a member of the prestigious International Cinematographers Guild.

Dave’s been in the trenches… since making his first film in the 4th grade, he’s been chased by dogs, bit by a pig and hung out of helicopters. Whether solo in Baja, underwater or globetrotting… he’s all about digging out the story.
Jeff is an Award Winning filmmaker with over 30 years experience producing television and documentary programming. His experience ranges from covering the Micronesian Olympics to open sea rescues by the Coast Guard for the television series Coast Guard: The Series to walking the halls of Alcatraz for his documentary Alcatraz: My Life Behind the Bars. Jeff also wrote produced and directed the NASCAR documentary 6000 Minutes to Green: Inside The Daytona 500 featuring NASCAR superstar Bill Elliot and Junior Johnson.
Jeff has produced written and directed for Fortune 100 corporate clients. Aside from producing Jeff has been a visiting instructor of film production at San Francisco State University and Diablo Valley College.
An avid outdoorsman, Jeff has been climbing in Yosemite for 35 years.
